If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:17-18
At Fountain City Presbyterian Church, we believe that a church is not just a place where its members come and worship on Sunday. We also believe it is important to serve as the body of Christ in filling the spiritual, educational and social needs of our members and the community. The Bible makes it clear that God expects us to share His love for the lost, lonely, and broken and to put this love into action by caring for those in need. Pray for God to turn your compassion into action by participating in mission opportunities.
